I called them over 6 times in a day, no answer for multiple days. Put in a request online and no contact. Finally they pick up and i ask about a unit that shows available on their website and she informs me it’s not available that there is a waitlist and i told her they shouldn’t advertise them available as ready for move in if there’s a 6 month waitlist. Won’t ever contact them again. Waste of time

Looks can be deceiving & you get what you pay for... this place is one step up from being homeless, but in every other regard it's a nightmare. The walls are super thin- on 2nd & 3rd floors, if you bend down close to the ground, you can hear your downstairs neighbors like you're in the same room & your walls shake with every person walking up & down the stairs. The water pressure is so low that the showers don't work, because there's not enough pressure to hold the shower pulley open, the sprayer on the kitchen sink literally drips, it takes 2 hours to fill the washer for laundry & when you wash your hands or body you still feel soapy after rinsing off. Right now our air conditioner is broken- for 5 days - during the hottest time of the year & management marked my online maintenance request complete without fixing the AC. People sit in the parking lot blaring their radios at all hours of the day & night. The parking lot gate is broken half the time, & I've never once seen any of the 3 pedestrian gates closed, let alone locked - why have the gates at all? No one picks up after their dogs. My windows face one of the dog potty areas & I've only seen 1 person pick up their dogs pop - in two years... just walk or drive by the dog park & it smells 100% like a barn- all year round. Oh & the dumpster.... I can't reach the opening in the 1/2 the time I try to take the trash out because there are trash bags piled up 4 feet high & 5 feet thick- & usually dumpster is far from full... just lazy, disgusting people who don't care. My car was stolen from the parking lot last year- by another resident & management did nothing- she didn't even follow federal victims law to protect us from the attackers & ended up making things notably worse for our family. & on the topic of management- yikes! Utterly horrible... dishonest, deceitful, liars. They allow the criminals on the property to get away with theft, threats & assaults & she [manager Marsha] only adheres to the rules she wants to, while bending other rules as she sees fit- she's the kind of manager that lets the property fall to disarray all year long, until it's time for the owners to come for the yearly inspection, when she'll have everyone running around frantically to bandaid the place until it's presentable. Last summer, I reported that there were wasps nesting inside the walls on my patio that would swarm at me and my child... three months I waited & Marsha, promised it would be fixed a dozen times until finally telling me to just put duct tape over the entry holes...ummmm... I asked if she was seriously telling me to climb up on my 3rd floor patio railing & lean out to do this myself & she unapologetically said YES that's what she wanted me to do!!?!?! If this place is your only option, by all means take it until you can find better - but if you have other places to choose from, run away. Blessings!

Palladium Aubrey is a brand new community, yet its managers are quite experienced. This showed during our transition to Palladium, as they went above and beyond to make things work for us in our move. Their dedication to make things right is a commendable trait of which other complexes can learn a great deal from. There is no doubt in our minds, that with such commitment, our stay here will be quite memorable and pleasant. We would recommend these apartments to anyone who is searching for a home. The management here actually cares about their residents, treating them like people rather than a paycheck.
