I would suggest you go to the Employment Security Commission located at 2401 N Lincoln Blvd, Oklahoma City, OK 73105. Google says that it opens at 8 am, but you'll need to get there as early as you possibly can. I got there at 6:45 am last Tuesday (thinking I'd try to camp out and be first in line) and there were literally 112 people ahead of me. Afterwards, I'd told my friend about it and she decided to go the very next day; she got there at 5:30 am and there were already over 150 people waiting. They only allow anywhere between 150-200 people in the building at a time. So, again, get there early! Lol. Once you get a number, they'll take you downstairs--to an auditorium--where you'll wait to be seen. Because there were so many people in front of me, I actually left to run some errands and still came back with plenty of time to spare. It wasn't until about 3 pm that I was finally able to speak with someone, but my issue was finally resolved. I'd say that's your best bet. Good luck!
