They do have sandwiches on the menu. As they are a small business, I doubt that have much gluten free bread as the customer base that desires it is small. I am sure you can ask for the item with no bread.
No they don't
I'm sure their foods are Gluten free it's meat.
Most of their products are smoked meats and veggies so I don't think gluten is going to be too much of an issue.
