The food was good but the sauce’s were not the best but the waiter was one of the nicest I’ve ever met

The service was not good. Food took a long time to arrive and the deviled egg appetizer looked great but had absolutely no taste. The beans were not a traditional baked bean as you would expect from a bbq place. Flavor smokey but not in a good way. The pork bbq was ok. The bbq sauces on the table needed wiped down as they were coated and dried inside the caps. Eould not go back in other words.

The atmosphere at Liberty Barbecue is friendly and there is a beautiful bar area. The staff was polite and helpful. Great food was served!

Let’s start with the brisket, we selected moist it was cooked spot on but there was a lack flavor. The ribs were pretty tasty and probably my fav. The sausage had a weird Jimmy dean sausage taste. Mac and cheese def came from a box. Brussel sprouts were good but some def had a bad burnt taste to them. Being from Texas I’m particularly about my bbq. I don’t think I’ll be back.

Standard COVID practices for restaurants. Staff are wearing masks and patrons wear them while not seated. Surfaces are regularly cleaned. Occupied tables are kept distant. They have people use their online menu rather than a physical menu, so bring your smartphone.
