Yes! They get very busy and they never seem to have enough help at the counters. In y experience ive called in my order, but they didn't prepare it until I got there to pick it up! I love their food but their service sucks big-time. Lol

That’s not the way it’s supposed to work, when you place an order online the order should be ready when you arrive or near ready when you arrive. I will look into this matter personally thank you for the heads up. Mr. Staples

I wouldn't know. Sat there an hour with no service. Call to give them the benefit of the doubt...took my info, never heard back. Hope that was a rare occurrence...for their sake.

Because it is a Very Popular FOOD StOP on the North side of TOWN, located near YSU, so IT'S always Popping!!!

Lose the number. Just go in. One dont call Micky-D's or Burger King. They should have a menu on line though if they're not going to answer the phone.
