Yes! They get very busy and they never seem to have enough help at the counters. In y experience ive called in my order, but they didn't prepare it until I got there to pick it up! I love their food but their service sucks big-time. Lol
No need in calling ahead anyways they always wait to see if you show up to start preparing your food. Better off going in to order
The volume of calls on Friday & Saturday are to high for them to field calls and serve walk in orders. However, if you go in they will take care of you in about 10 to 20 minutes. This was the case for me last Saturday.
The place is very busy, especially on Friday and Saturday nights
