Can you get around the area with an electric mobility scooter?

Not really. You won't be able to see the real beauty of the park. But there is a small area that you will be able to see

Some places would be compatible but others, not so much.

Unfortunately not through most of the trails. The entrance has a wooden ramp and so does by the springs, bit after that it is trail mostly for walking and running
