If I could give zero stars I would. Truly horrible customer service. Please continue to scroll and read everyone else’s reviews and don’t trust the 5 star FAKE reviews. I’m sure they are creating phony profiles to leave themselves good reviews. Just awful. These people need to find different careers clearly if everyone has the same experience with bad customer service and cases taking 3+ years to be settled. I honestly don’t understand how they are still in business with how disgusting their practices. 0/10 use literally anyone else besides these money hungry ********

It will be 3yrs in March and my case still has not been settled. Almost 3yrs!!!!! I always have to reach out to them for any updates. Just today November 3rd, they said all my medical bills were being calculated so they can give me a actual walk away amount. The same thing was said back at in January and June (I have the proof.) and I’m still waiting. I have never heard of any case taking almost 3yrs to settle.

Switching attorneys should be done as early as possible in your case. The process is simple and doesn’t cost you anything. I actually switched to k&p. The old attorneys will get whatever they paid for your case so far ie: paperwork, investigator fees etc. but my advice is to stay with k&p! Your not gonna get too many better attorneys in atl.

Yes. My case has been going on for over 2 years.
I never found out. I switched law firms after 9 months of me calling them, they mever called me or did one thing to help my case progress further. Worst firm I have ever encontered
I am not sure how the attorneys are assigned, but try calling the main line and see if you can get some assistance that way
My 1st one was abt a year my 2nd one is approaching 2 yrs. They wanted to drop my case. I was rear ended not sure what the whole issue is.
