How much are they winning from the insurance companies. The first initial offer to insurance company was 25k.. how much of the initial offer did you guys win from the insurance company? 20k 10k 5k?

I never found out. I switched law firms after 9 months of me calling them, they mever called me or did one thing to help my case progress further. Worst firm I have ever encontered

To each its own, i got in an accident last year and got my pain & suffering/property damage check in the same year. My car only had minor damage and i got 6k combined. So i can only imagine if the accident was major, i would have gotten a lot more money.

Nothing close....He said he would start on a large dollar amount and agressive tactics that would drive up the amount that I would get from the settlement
