Call hotwire and have them send someone out to fix it. Take pictures of the issue when it happens that way you can show the tech even if hurts not happening when they arrive. The more info you can give the tech, the better they can fix the issue.
Is your tv using a box or straight from the wall with basic rf? Also what do you get on the screen? A red x? Goes black? Or static? Have we been out to do any trouble shooting?what property? Any particular channels? Bad hdmi port. Could be bad box. Bad tuner. Bad wireless signal if wireless box. Could be anything. Hard to say with out seeing the issue and doing some trouble shooting.
