I called and booked an appointment. My appointment was scheduled for 3 days later. I told the man on the phone I needed 2 new tires and gave him the tire size and what not. Fastfoward 3 days to the appointment I dropped my car off and 20 minutes later got a phone call telling me I needed new tires and that it would be 3 or 4 days to order them, that was that, no apology, and did not try and rectify the situation. If you like having to explain your problem many times and waiting weeks for help this is the place for you.
