Depends on where they are in loop 5 and where you are in loop 4, at most it would be approximately 0.5 miles.

Sorry to hear you booked with friends - be prepared for brutally early SILENT HOURS. Don't step on any twigs walking between loop 4 and 5 after 8pm as you will incur citation for noise. I hope you and your friends are all mimes, good luck otherwise!

Real short walk loops are kinda crazy not really in order

Less than a quarter mile walk. Bring a flashlight at night. Loop 6 is closer to 5 so that might be your best option if there are spots available.
