Yes we have both a full service campground and primitive camping. We have 2.5 miles of James River waterfront but fishing access to the riverbank is limited because of high bluffs.
They have a nice campground. Don't know on Fishing but they have 2 boat launch areas at each end of the park for kayak, canoe, and Jon boats. On the James river.
