We want to float the river on inner tubes. I notice that you can put in at point A and end at point C. Is there shuttle service available to retrieve your car?

No shuttle. However I have done this solo on a kayak. I left my bike locked to a tree at the maidens landing site. I paddled down river and biked back. It's about five miles down river and also five miles back on bike. Very doable and makes for a good paddle peddle mix. Tubes would work just fine too.
