Can you set up a small tent and cap out overnight? If not, are there any campgrounds near Tallahassee that are for tents and not RVs?

No. You have to be out by sundown. There are campgrounds nearby as well.

I don't think you can do that at the Tom Brown park but there a lot of campgrounds near by, in 3 to 5 miles from the park.
