Why is it they never answer there phone and why is there frappe machine always down you would think since how its a popular item it would always be available not at this location

Their*. Probably too busy to answer the phone. Frappe machine just needs cleaned and nobody wants to do it

It' basically the area. They serve anyone for a buck everywhere else. As for the phone, simple, they are busy. Too busy to clean and stock machines such as the frappe and ice cream maker. Franchises are governed, ask these questions of their co-operation overseers.

I have boycotted McDonald's. For not serving homeless people. Their money is as good as anyone else
