This one is okay but if you want to go and get breakfast early in the morning expect to get told they can't cook anything because they are the only person there. And of you tell the manager about the problem they say that's true because they don't have anyone to go in at that time. First of all you are the manager is your job to go in and help if you don't have anybody to go in and help no matter the time or day plus if they can't handle doing the cleaning out whatever he's doing, cook and take care of orders than you need to find someone else because I have had to open a gas station and the subway in it and work both doing everything by myself from open until someone came in to take over subway.

I'm done with this location. The only reason I have kept coming back is because my kids only like McDonald's nuggets and it's close to my house. I'm going to start driving to the Hudson Oaks location. Every time I come through here, there's been an issue with my order. And, I've worked fast food in the past, so I try to give them the benefit of the doubt, but tonight was the last straw. I ordered a chocolate shake, it came out looking like vanilla, so I said something to the lady working the window. She gave me this sassy "no, that's chocolate" reply. I took a sip. It tasted exactly how it looked: vanilla. I sent pictures to a few people and asked them what flavor they thought the shake was. 100% of them replied, "vanilla". I mean, come on! The food was cold and the fries were SUPER salty (I threw them away). The Big Mac patties tasted like they had been sitting under the warmer for a while. Ridiculous! Not pleased at all. Previously I would have rated this place a 3, but it gets worse every time I come.

Tried walking in to the dining room to get food, had an employee rush the door saying the dining room was temporarily closed, went out to a car, and 3 minutes came back and said it was closed for the night. If you dont have enough people to work, close for the night and have signs up. Just Call McDonald's corporate, i even got a coupon for a free meal

Worst McDonalds ever. They always mess up my orders. I am sick of this place constantly getting my orders wrong or missing items. Then when I try to call to complain, the jack wagon on the phone says he didnt handle my food and hung up on me because he didn't want to hear my disgust. It does not matter, This establishment, management and employees are all incompetent. Yet they want to be paid more for an entry level job when they can't get a simple order right. Customer is NEVER right with these idiots.
