I do not recommend using this car wash. I work nearby and thought to myself, why not try the nice-looking car wash down the road? I pulled up to pay and saw the prices were very expensive. I decided to go through despite the $22 price tag for their premium wash. While I was paying, a worker came up to help me and stated they had just restarted their server and she wanted to make sure that my payment went through etc. The machine did not print a receipt for me; therefore, I didn't have the code to start the vacuum. I gave a 2-star review instead of a 1-star because she did offer to start the vacuum for me after I went through the wash. It took me a minute to get her attention, but she did come over to help me. I then found out that you only have 8 minutes to vacuum your car. After paying a ridiculous amount for the premium car wash, why should customers be limited in time on vacuuming out their vehicle? I understand scanning your receipt to vacuum out your car so that customers don't just pull in to take advantage of "free vacuums." However, you should be able to fully utilize the vacuums for an unlimited amount of time if you purchase a wash. If you have dogs or children and need to fully clean out your car, 8 minutes will not suffice. I wanted to ask if I could extend my time, but I did not see any workers at the time. The vacuums do work well. Despite having unique soaps and premium packages, my car was not completely clean. There was dirt remaining around the rear view mirrors and along my bumper. I did not ask to go through again because if it did not properly clean my car the first time, then why should I believe that it would on the second go around? Anyways, you can take your chances, but I recommend that you take your vehicle elsewhere where your car gets clean the first time, the prices are lower (Fuel City in Saginaw has a great wash for $5), and the vacuums are not limited in time.

Firstly it's $12! $12 for the cheapest wash. So one could assume it would at least be a good wash for $12 but no. Little soap and missed large areas of a normal 4 door car leaving the car dirty. The vacuums require the wash receipt (you better hope you said Yes to a receipt) but neither scanning it or putting in the code worked. Had to get an employee to get the vacuum working and you have only 10 minutes! GO SOMEWHERE ELSE

I don't know what car wash these other people went to because I was treated very well by the girl that was on duty. I got the VIP package. For $40.00 a month, unlimited everything. I consider that a great deal! The wash itself was quick and did a very good job of cleaning my truck.

Convenient car wash but beware of damage. I used this car wash for about 3 weeks and on my last visit my third brake light was destroyed. Nice workers and car came out clean but canceled immediately due to this damage.
