I never thought I'd be reviewing Staples, but this one was AWESOME! It was super clean & easy to find things. The best thing was our superb customer service clerk. If you need help, JONATHAN is the person to see!! We were on vacation & had left the charger for my laptop behind. We told him the type of laptop & he walked us directly to the cord, explained the product & answered our questions. At checkout he told us about the staples app, and walked me through the process to install. Ultimately, it gave me a $10 coupon off my purchase. If you're in the area and need anything, stop in, it will exceed your expectations!

good selection most of the time but on occasion the shelves can sometimes be bare. but overall good place to get your school supplies at the beginning of the school year or just need to stop in!

Called store and asked if they could help me with my computer..said yes bring it in now.... "1st the best thing is, I talk to a human being." I brought the computer To the store in Dayville Connecticut.... A very Nice young man explained everything to me.... Went over What he was going to do and how much everything would cost... After that he said he would give me a call in A-day.. Called me the next day, I went in and he explained everything he did to me. Gave me a little lesson and how to do Things... If you need help... With your computer he is the one best Tech help...!!

I’ve been to this location twice to make copies. Both times I was there the employees where rude with me. One laughed at me just for asking for copies on lighter paper.
