They were very accommodating in helping me design a return address stamp. I accidentally ordered one that was way too small, they called to tell me before driving to pick it up that I should order a few sizes larger. Had it ready for me same day. Awesome customer experience!

Was difficult to get assistance on the floor. Person that came after 15 minutes lacked knowledge about planners, planner refills, pens, etc. She said I should go online. I think they should close because in person store experiences are a waste.

This store is difficult to shop in. Everything is either in the wrong spot, or doesn't have a price at all. It's been more than a year since I been here and this issue PRESISTS! They also don't honor prices of incorrectly placed items. Scan gun doesn't match shelf prices either.
