I went to get my taxes done at the Taylors library March 26th 2022 and the quality assurance guy was horrible. The lady finished my taxes in a relatively short time and she had to get it check by quality assurance. This man has me sitting for over an hour waiting because he was chit chatting with the man he was working with. Although this is a free service I think this was unacceptable.

Why does nobody pick up the phone???? I've literally been calling and listening to it ring for 20 minutes straight all week. I've tried calling different times of the day I've left a message. How am I suppose to get help when NOBODY will respond?
