We just got transferred here from NV and have A couple questions A) do they accept out of state I'D? And B) do they have microwavable items? As we are in a weekly hotel room with only a fridge and microwave hence why we have no food.

Yes they have microwavable items. Including canned good, prepackaged foods, popcorn, tortillas, soup cups, cookies, fruit cups, microwavable minute rice, poptarts, cereal, ....all sorts of things are donated to Roadrunner.
