Worst clinic I have ever been at . Psychiatrist left with no notification couldn’t refill my rx’s then was told I need to re establish. Juanita who does appointments has not called me back to schedule for over a week. Everyone who promises to call back does not. Even manager lied and said she would help and would call back with more info same day. It has been 3 days no call back. Was just transferred to her by another rep and she sent me to voicemail even though she knew I was being transferred to her. These people are all liars and I would not recommend coming here. I don’t understand how these people are even in business. Especially dealing with peoples health.

Worst Healthcare Facility I have EVER had. Call about issues, never get seen, always a VIRTUAL VISIT, go to URGENT CARE, or 3weeks out. Absolutlely SUCKS for my childs PCP, BYE BYE First Choice. Hire some staff so you can SERVICE YOUR PATIENTS PROPERLY!!!

Well I had difrent experience like every where else good and bad, but I love my doctor Mateo Seifer he is so good he listens and he has compassion I'm really grateful
Best to call them and ask. I know they have a sliding scale for medical services. Not sure if dental is offered at this particular location. I know the South valley first choice has dental services.
