You can go to The Storehouse on Broadway & Central almost. There you can register and see if you qualify to receive food. You can go once a month. Some churches also have a food bank that you may qualify for to receive food. There are different churches for different areas of town. I do not know one for the area you live in. As far as I know no one provides transportation. Hope this helps.
