If you download the app, there's a description detailing the theater features. For example, it will say something like RPX, reserved seating, reclining seats. If it doesn't say recliner seats, you're likely to get just regular seats.
Most people just assume because its RPX its automatically reclining seats. I've traveled around and learned its not always true. Just have to either google that specific theaters RPX or call and ask.
Not all Regal and RPX cinemas have reclining seats. Make sure to call the cinema for more information.
