Why is the staff so rude??

I have never heard anyone be rude. They fully understand that happy customers are what keeps businesses going... I've been there 25 times and keep going back... Sorry that EVERYWHERE YOU GO, NO ONE CAN MAKE YOU HAPPY... I saw your other reviews...

I've never had any rudeness??!!

I have not encountered one rude staff there. Only friendly positive people.

I think some of them are uncomfortable talking to the public but most are very friendly

I've never experienced any rudeness on the part of the staff. However, I've not shopped all the vendors.

I've never experienced this...not to make excuses for anyone, maybe they were having a stressful day and didn't know how to deal with it...
