Worst management ever! They never answer the phones, mainly because they stay outside smoking. They will definitely try to get over on you with returning your security deposit. Space is nice but walls are thin and you hear literally everything

I lived here for 6 years. The space is great but management is terrible. They do not maintain or clean their buildings. Bags of trash sat in our building hallways for months, attracting bugs and pest. Floors are almost never swept or mopped. Trash and food stay in the hallways for weeks at a time. When someone does clean it's not very good. The floors and stairs are always extremely dirty. Lots of trash outside from overflowing dumpsters. We had roaches in our apt multiple times, despite cleaning and spraying, because they were attracted to the food and trash in the hallways.The maintenance people are very friendly but the office often ignores maintenance request.we put in multiple request for reoccurring issues and called the office and it took 9 months to get someone to come look at the issue (we had a leak in our ceiling for 9 months, they painted over it without fixing the actual leak and it come back after several months). Managent is not good at communicating. Document all your communications. Managent is used to taking advantage of tenets. They do not use any of that rent money to up keeping the buildings.

I lived here for a very short period of time, but my reasons for leaving had nothing to do with the complex. I loved how spacious the apartments were, and just the family friendly environment. I had a 3 bedroom 2 bath, and i had more than enough cabinet space😅 I didn't know what to do with it. The management was very nice, and we had meetings where they listened to our concerned and needs.

The front desk service here is very poor. The front desk service was very good before. I don't know why these people with such poor quality should be invited to serve. This is very speechless.
