Their chicken is organic and their fish is fresh delivered daily...I would know I deliver their seafood on the weekends for my job, as for the second part of your question I don't know if the chicken is slaughtered the same day.
Their chicken is organic and is the BEST I've had - tender, moist, etc. Nothing compares tbh. I believe they get their chickens locally, but not sure if it's caught and slaughtered the same day. Maybe.
