Yes you definitely pay for it but the quality is phenomenal

I've bought organic beef bones/knuckles here for my neighbor who makes broth and they were cheap and not frozen.This is the ONLY type of brothing item you should use because marrow in hormone-laden animals is devoid of needed nutrients. This is the only place we've gotten best quality stuff. Whole Foods usually has frozen, which is less than ideal.

Their chicken is organic and their fish is fresh delivered daily...I would know I deliver their seafood on the weekends for my job, as for the second part of your question I don't know if the chicken is slaughtered the same day.

I've never seen live lobster at The Organic Butcher, let alone lobster. They do have fish, scallops, crabs, and octopus/squid, however.

I believe they sell products from multiple farms, but they do not run a farm themselves. You can ask where the meat came from and they can almost always tell you.

I know for sure they sell bones which you would be able to make your own broth with. They also carry 100 bowls brand bone broth. You could check their site for more info

They offer Porchetta, fully seasoned. This classic Italian roast is crispy, delicious Italian tender & flavorful meat.

Not sure, just call them. Either way, this is a great butcher. Considering the quality of what you will consistently get from the Organic Butcher, the price is really reasonable as well.
