No pets on trips over 7hrs. Auto train is 16+
Check with them for the latest word on that. The Auto Train is great, so they may allow you send your pet in the cargo area, but ask the people in charge. ...Trains are unique. They are a comfortable way to travel as long as it is just you and your bag...and preferably, just one bag! I would be very surprised if they allowed any pets on the train with you. Hope you get the answer you're looking for, though.
They do have private cabins on the auto train. Pets I dont know.
