Would I be allowed to be present when my dog is examined? I took her to the SPCA but not allowed in the building. I was not able to address her issues and ask questions.

I was there for my last 3 appointments for my cat. While there, I seen ladies with dogs also there on leashes. Long as they're calm they're allowed

They will let you in make sure you make appointment they take walk ins but appointment is better
