My first visit here was wonderful. We spent over an hour with the vet while she bonded with my dog, gave him treats, laser therapy and acupuncture. We discussed her future plans for my baby, which included an hour of various therapies once a week. Personally, I was really stressed about the time because I only get a 30 minute lunch break and I strongly conveyed my concern about how I could make this work. And I say all that as background to how badly this second visit went. I arrived early and called to let them know I had arrived and then waited by the front door for the doctor to come get us. And I waited and waited and couldn’t believe she would keep me waiting after I told her how precarious it was to take so much time off. However, that wasn’t why she was late. Eventually somebody came to get another dog/owner that was waiting outside and that person said to me. “The doctor has been trying to reach you over the phone.” They have a glass front office and instead of coming out to speak with me, this doctor, either due to ego or social ineptitude, watched me from the inside and kept me and my dog waiting. I went back to my car to call the doctor, and at this point, I realize this was actually a different doctor than the one we had the initial consult with. This is a whole different problem because I expected my dog to be treated by the doctor who had gotten to know us. She brought my dog inside for approximately 30 minutes, which was definitely not the hour treatment plan I was expecting. I asked the doctor if my dog got all the care he needed or was he neglected because of the time she wasted upfront. She literally yelled at me that I had been told “numerous” times that she liked to speak on the phone before the visit. Keep in mind this was was only my second time at Wag and my first time meeting her. At that point I said “that’s it, we’re not coming back” and she turned and stormed off. And I can’t believe I’m writing this about a veterinarian. So sad and so sad for my dog.

I can only speak to Dr. Christina Fuoco. She was absolutely amazing with my girl Chelsea. She gave my Doberman a year and a half that she would not have had, if I hadn't wanted a second opinion. Thank you Christina.

My dog tore her ACL and my vet said that she may or may not need surgery. They recommended WAG for rehab or Blue Pearl for surgery. At Blue Pearl they diagnosed a full tear and said she absolutely needed surgery (and that the sky was falling…). At WAG they did a much more thorough exam, which I was allowed to observe, and said most likely a partial tear. They were honest that there is never a full guarantee with the rehab approach, but that the long term diagnosis was mainly positive and that we should be able to get my 5 year old dog back to a relatively normal life. My dog is just starting her rehab so I can’t say that it has worked, but I CAN say that my experience at this facility was very positive and Dr. Magilton was wonderful, thorough, honest and kind. If your surgeon recommends surgery I would say at the very least do your due diligence and take them to WAG for a second opinion.

The Philadelphia location has all of those services. The Langhorne location does not have chiropractic but has the others.
78$ a visit or you can by a bundle of 6 for a little less per visit. They do the laser therapy too. Well worth it if your dog needs it. But you can always call the place to find out exact pricing.
