I have not succeeded in being able to contact the store by phone. Can you just come in to look at frames/get glasses or do you need to schedule an appointment? Thank you.

Hi Lisa, yes you can certainly walk in now for visits to purchase, repairs/adjustment, or pick ups. Please also note that the store may ask you to wait if they are busy. We hope this helps.

I dealt with the phone one day..never could schedule an appt. 17 times I tried for an appointment. Finally gave up and went to store and scheduled an exam. I told them their phone service was for the pits!
