It takes extremely long to get things done over the phone and in the office so visitors please plan accordingly.

Dr. Ali was phenomenal and is easily my favorite eye doctor I've ever seen. The staff are kind and accommodating, even when I needed to reschedule my appointment unexpectedly. Cannot recommend them enough. I'll definitely be making my future appointments here.

I used this location about a year ago. I brought my prescription with me, I didn’t use their dr. They were not very helpful when my VSP numbers didn’t work the first time. I called VSP, got that straightened out and after that I got attitude for not choosing a frame quickly. I just picked a frame randomly which turned out ok. It took weeks for them to notify me that my glasses were ready. They just handed them to me. No adjusting, no asking any questions. Because my prescription had changed I didn’t question the fishbowl effect I was experiencing. I drove straight to my eye dr and had them check the glasses. The prescription was wrong in both eyes. So I drove back to Visionworks and told them the situation. They took the glasses back with the duplicate prescription because they said the original was “somewhere”. Thank goodness I had the duplicate. Another long wait and I got notification and went to get my glasses. Still wasn’t seeing right but they assured me they were the right ones. I have been wearing them since. I have experienced severe headaches, double vision, you name it I had it. When I went in for my new exam I asked them to check the lenses for accuracy against the old prescription. Wow. The left lens wasn’t even close and they had added an astigmatism something or other 1.95. The dr said they were the cause of the double vision and headaches. Please. Don’t use this place. It will save you many hours of pain and frustration. I’m going to try to contact their legal department today. This is negligence and they should be held accountable.

I came for glasses before and was totally pkeased with service. I scheduled an eye exam well in advance ( 10 days) for a Saturday morning 8/13 at 9:45. I am texted, called, emailed numerous times about my appointment to make sure I'm showing. While annoying to some degree, I understand the desire for patient to keep appointment commitments. I show up at 9:30 ( respectfully 15 minutes ahead of appointment). After 1/2 hour I question why the eye doctor is still not there. Told she's running late. I ask about the woman sitting and waiting and Im told she is waiting for same person and her appointment is actially before mine. Maybe at the time a person sets an appointment for exam they should get doctors number so she can be texted repeatedly in hopes that she will honor her side of commitment for the company she represents. Good way to weed out the disrespectful staff that give such a great place a horrible experience for the customer. Or at least have the decency to call the customer ( since its obvious you know our number X's 30 text and calls) and let us know our appointment needs to be rescheduled .

What is the cost of an eye exam for contact lenses?

Tracey D. | Apr 10, 2022
Visionworks | Apr 10, 2022

Hello Tracey, the price for an eye exam is $45.

I have not succeeded in being able to contact the store by phone. Can you just come in to look at frames/get glasses or do you need to schedule an appointment? Thank you.

Hi Lisa, yes you can certainly walk in now for visits to purchase, repairs/adjustment, or pick ups. Please also note that the store may ask you to wait if they are busy. We hope this helps.
