I went in with pain in my shoulder and I left with the same pain. I'm so disappointed that I want to cry. That's 90 minutes that I could've spent with my heating pad on my shoulder. That's what I'm going to have to do now because I still can't turn my head. It's Russian roulette with this place. You may or may not get a good massage and today was not good. I'm sad... and in pain still.

I'm out of shape and recently began exercising. I was sore and decided to go to Relax Spa. My masseuse was Nina. She gave me a deep tissue massage that was truly and sincerely awesome. I'm not exaggerating. Nina took her time and worked every inch of my body. She was kind and in great physical shape. She truly is a professional. I'm going back.
