Yes, it's true! It was printed on one of their receipts! I saw this on Face Book,couldn't believe it so I called the phone number listed on the receipt. That phone number is disconnected so I looked up this i Hops online and found a different phone number. I called and asked to speak to the manager. I spoke to Robert/manager and he was very defensive before I could ask the questions he stated that was over two years ago and an employee wrote that on the receipt.So my next question was, does this employee still work there and he replied no! If I lived in that area I definitely would NOT be patronizing this i Hops! just be aware that there are racist bigots everywhere you go! My question is, was it reported to their corporate office and if so what was done about it???
If you have waited tables before, you know how this works. Not necessarily an intended negative. Granted, not politically correct, new server learning curve I hope. Spell check helps too.

I am going to be more aware from now on. I wonder if the black people get food that is not up to par. Or less attention when they come in. Probably no extras. Just get them in and get them out.
