I was on a dog rescue transport and we picked this location for a meet spot. The traffic was so awful (as usual through Austin on I-35) and I really needed to use the facilities. I went it and asked permission from this beautiful lady (I did not get her name) if I may use the restroom. She was so nice to me. As I was leaving I thanked her and told her I appreciated her (I did not purchase anything). SHE THANKED ME FOR ASKING PERMISSION TO USE THE RESTROOM!!!!! I hope she reads this so she can pat herself on the back for being a decent human being and a beautiful person. AND I hope MANAGEMENT appreciates her above and beyond being an employee.

Food was ok order a Medium T-Bone 🥩 with Eggs 🍳 and Bacon 🥓 on the side , Steak 🥩 come well done and Hard was not to good :( Eggs come with the steak after when i done eating come the other eggs 🍳 the bacon 🥓 never come , service take to long The server looks like he is lost in the space 😂 even for take the bill was long wait , also my bill come only with the total i not sure what they charge me , just some experience that i have there was not too good I usually give good reviews but this one was not too good , thank you anyway

The poor customer service at this location reflects on the manager. From the server with a bad attitude to the greeter who doesn’t greet. The food was okay minus the most famous burnt pancakes I didn’t eat. If you ask the server for some creamer don’t say “when you get a chance” because it’ll never come. Asking for anything else seemed like you’d be a burden on them vs them doing their job to serve you. Having a server walk away while your in the middle of the sentence and them responding “okay” while they’ve already moved on tells you a lot, When you leave money at the table to pay for your bill, they blurt out to you from the entrance while your walking to your car…If it were up to me, I would’ve gave no tip.
