Having visited TX from Australia, my family and I couldn't get enough Waffle House especially the omelettes and hash browns. Not having anything like this here in Australia I would also say that it has a warm welcome diner feel about it with the grill right there cooking away.
I use to work with waffle house a while back.mannn, good food all the way round.plus i was one of the best Grill Operator.lol.
Because no one makes better hash browns.
