Right after him my aunt tried placing a order over the phone and was answered rudely and also told “no Spanish” then hung up.. I’ve tried calling Austin(a manager) phone number I was provided and the store multiple times with no answer. For what I can read based on the recent reviews of this establishment corporate really needs to step in. If the employees don’t like their job they really shouldn’t take it out on costumers.
I dont think any establishment has policies that state they can't help an individual who aren't English speakers. And thats insane if that establishment did that, since the area that its in is predominantly Spanish speaking.
