I went to the store to report my fone loss,and the way i was treated my God such a shame.Went back the next day to purchase a zte blade and nobody want to sell me the fone.,so i said if u don't want me to do business here u should have told me so
They will make you go through the insurance company. Then they are going to send you a garbage refurbished phone Though if you call in twice a year and use your insurance twice in automatically cancels. Another problem you're gonna have after a year of having your phone your phone is going to start to malfunction and then the store associates will tell you is no longer in stock so you have to buy a new phone every year.
