My daughter and I went there yesterday to renew our library card. While browsing the selection of books, a woman comes to the front desk to report her phone stolen, only to find out that the kids gave her phone to the lady at the front desk. They exchange words, and then the white lady says " I can't believe the kids, did the right thing, because...you know... this is Newark" 👀🤔😠

The ladies are very nice to all the kids and they always help when you ask. They have small activities for the kids throughout the summer. Everything is very celan and organized.

Ms Murphy is amazing with young children well with all children she listens to them speaks to them as if they were friends she makes children feel welcomed. She has so many patiences when it’s activity time she’s amazing with my toddler the entire staff is always so welcoming an willing to help when I need a book or anything ! Thank you so much for being amazing and showing that Newark can be amazing !
