I’ve been a customer at clear vision for 3 years. My physician recommended I schedule an eye appointment so I goto my optometrist. While I am there the receptionist is on a call with a client so I patiently and respectfully wait for Christie to finish. Another lady named Jessenia comes from the back talking aggressively to my son. She started explaining their policy regarding masks, so I explained to Jessenia that I was there just to schedule an appointment and there was no reason for her to be aggressive and unprofessional with my son because he was accompanying me and that she should speak a little more professional. Jessenia proceeds to kick me out of the establishment because of a mask! I then asked if they had a mask they could provide and Christie and Jessenia tell me they do have masks but they’re only for patients visiting the eye doctor! I quickly explained to them both that I am a patient with them they said well that’s too bad we can’t give you a mask and tell me that I have to get out! I notified them that I was not there to get stressed out being that I am a high risk high blood pressure and heart issues! I was there to schedule an appointment! I asked for the phone number and told her to please answer my call and instead she sent me to voicemail 2x times. Told me to “Get Out” and grabbed her keys closed the door behind me and locked the door. I literally had to go across the street to a pharmacy to ask for a mask so that I could make an appointment! They unlocked the door and let me in! After spending thousands of dollars both through insurance and out of pocket this treatment was very unprofessional!

This place offers quality service and professional demeanor. The place has been around since 1998 and you definitely get the neighborhood mom and pop vibe and service (it is owned by an individual not a corporation) Went in as a walk in and I got excellent service and a quality product. Don't get sold by the reviews.. If you're patient and appreciate good service you'll feel at home and they will work with you. If it's busy, it's withing reason and individuals shouldn't take it personally. It's definitely busy for a reason because they're here to serve you and probably been around longer than you have so they definitely know what they're doing. Highly recommend to anyone around the area⚡
