He's right u have to go back to where u bought it from they will tell u I had same problem I turned it off had too many problems with them so i had it turned off payed over 100$for a phone an it's sitting in my junk junk drawl I went back to old company with Samsung galaxy j7 sky pro with total wireless 35$ unlimited talk text an old how much data but I never run out it's great I hate metro an I hate T-Mobile they are AWFUL
