Bluebonnets start in late March to end of April peak time is the middle of April it all depends on the weather and mother nature.
I would recommend calling the winery directly since bluebonnets aren't always reliable. They can tell you what they look like and how dense they are.
Depends on weather ..... but mid April seems pretty regular.
