Terrible drive-thru service started out trying to place my order girls not understanding me I'm not understanding her they put another person on there I make my order get to the window to pay for it double check my order before I pay for it it was all wrong they had added other stuff on there I didn't want so the guy tries to fix it I pay for my food I drive to the next window to pick up my food it's still wrong they try to fix it give me my food again and still wrong I don't know what to tell you place sucks. All I ordered was a number one a number three and two Happy meals how hard is that ridiculous

ZERO STARS! Absolutely terrible customer service! I watched as 2 separate employees lied to their manager to get free food for a friend. When asked if the friend had a receipt, they all 3 said that his mother was in drive thru and they realized the food was missing, so she sent him back quickly without one. The employees lied to their manager to get their friend free food. Which they prepared and gave to him promptly, while I who actually paid and others, continued to wait. When I brought this up to the staff, they proceeded to get loud and defensive when called out on lying and basically stealing.

Worst experience ever... Ivl been going to this place for years and today was horrible. I ordered food and drinks but the caramel iced coffee they out in as a frappe. My order was never put on the screen and was never repeated back to me. I told them the coffee was wrong and the person argued with me about what I ordered for a good 5 mins. I finally got the iced coffee but no caramel. The burgers in the kids meal were luke warm and the all the fries were dark and dry like they had been sitting there for a good minute and then dropped back in the grease to warm them up. I wasted my money going there. I was told that there are plenty of other restaurants to go to so why complain about it just go somewhere else cuz they don't get orders wrong and all their food is made to order. I give this store a -10.

They have the mc ribbs 2 for 5 . Its a joy to take your kids there to gave fun and enjoy a happy meal or any meal. Their place is clean. The bathrooms are very well kept clean. They are never out of products. I love the atmosphere.
That's w/most any restaurants, now a days.. AND it is a BUMMER! .. ALL i can suggest is, check your order each and every time.. So it can get cold, for having to open the bag, and see.. This makes it even WORSE!.. ..have everyone you know, complain to management, and ABOVE!.. And also, take surveys, and have everyone you know and yourself, stop going for a time, letting upper management know why you are boycotting them!.. Other than that, i don't know what else you can do.. I continue to go through this, myself.. And ALWAYS, chk my bag... AND complain, when a problem!.. MAJOR BUMMER!!!!π
