How is it living on the first floor? Can you hear a lot of what goes on above you?

Its good sound proofing. Someone jumping on making loud thuds you can hear them but faintly. Otherwise its not noisy

I'm on the third floor so can't really say for sure but overall there is very little noise throughout. If I'm not mistaken the 2nd floor units are carpeted which would help muffle any noise...but even being on the third floor I would think I'm the only one on the entire floor as I never hear my neighbors.

I agree living on the third floor i really don't hear anything but any place above the first floor is carpet great area for raising family and the community is very relaxing and clean.
