I was served with a temporary restraining order from Family Court. It says I can't go home. Can I get arrested if I go to the property?

The law does not allow us to answer a specific question, without being your attorney of record. If you wish to have a free consult to consider hiring us, please let me know. Also, if you can't afford an attorney, you may ask the court to see if you qualify for an 18B attorney.

No. You cannot return home if the Temporary Restraining Order or Temporary Order of Protection (TPO) says you cannot go to that address. I someone calls the police and says you violated the TPO, there is a very high likelihood you will be arrested. Call Queens Divorce Lawyers for help with TPO issues.
