Ron Bellamy. Each Venue has their own guide lines to the membership process to qualify to become a member. The fleet is Navy, Coast Guard, Marines, and families. You can also sign up as a booster ( Army ). As an American Legion member you can go to all American Legions. A member of the Fleet works the same way for all Fleet reserve venues.
