I suppose it depends on whether or not there are all-inclusive packages, but it wasn't for me... It's not by default.
The only free food is complimentary breakfast and only if you stay Club Level.
If you book a club level room breakfast is included as well as free happy hour (beer and wine) plus pretty tasty appetizers, and dessert.
You do have to pay for all the food at the hotel. The parks offer a meal plan though.
