I used the LYNX city bus. $2 per adult, $1 per kid under 11. Take the 111 from the airport, get off at the Florida Mall, get on the 37. That bus takes you right to the Universal Transportation Hub. From there, get on the free shuttle to your resort hotel. It took right at an hour, but we arrived in the morning and weren't in a rush. It's definitely the cheapest way to go.
No. Uber is your beat option they do offer a mears superbstar shuttle for 35 per person. Uber is way cheaper
